Working in collaboration with the Lochalsh and Skye Housing Association, The Destination Management Organisation has commissioned specialist Edinburgh-based Consultancy, 56 Degree Insight, to carry out the most detailed survey ever undertaken of businesses in the area.
Closing date for returning the on-line questionnaire which can be accessed through the
Group’s Facebook page is Friday, February 18 although paper copies can
continue to be returned to Grange Stores, Lundavra Primary School and UARG
committee members until the end of next week.

The biodiversity in this area of Ganavan used daily by the public is astonishing – black grouse,
sea-eagles, kestrels, otters, rare butterflies and moths… the list just keeps on
growing and will do with the changing seasons.

Information from the online survey will be fed directly into Argyll and Bute Council’s Gaelic Language Plan.
