11 films will be shown at the independent cinema as part of a celebration of onscreen diversity.

Funding from The National Lottery through Screen Scotland’s Cinema Equipment Fund will go towards the purchase of new equipment to host accessible community cinema.

Oban Pride will be hosting their second event on Saturday, May 30 and are looking to make it even bigger than last year’s festivities.
The first fundraising event will be held on Saturday, February 29th when Oban Phoenix Cinema will host a sing-a-long Rocky Horror Picture Show.
