BEAR Scotland told the Lochaber Times it was aware of some drainage issues on the A87 in Invergarry following the recent heavy rainfall.
The £280,000 project will see over a kilometre of improvements completed south of the Laggan Swing Bridge, creating a smoother and safer journey for motorists.
The project involves teams installing new safety barriers which will protect road users from roadside hazards including trees and steep drops.
