LUACH will have events across Lewis and Harris this year and hope to expand to much more of the Western Isles in 2021.
An estimate of almost 2000 people attended events part of the 16th Fort William Mountain Festival last week.
This Sunday December 15 will be the grand switch on in the atmospheric Cathedral Church of St Moluag at 12.30pm.
The band, just home from a world-tour, will celebrate their 15th anniversary with a one-day festival at the castle on Saturday June 6.
After performances in more than 30 countries over the past decade, the seven-piece band head back to Fort William in April.
Club president Douglas Small handed over the cheque to the festival’s mascot Coolio.
The 2019 St Conan’s Kirk Christmas Tree Festival at Lochawe opens its doors to visitors on Friday November 29 until Sunday December 1 from 1.30pm to 6pm.
