Scotland’s largest salmon fish farmer has started proceedings seeking orders to prevent Don Staniford from entering onto, attaching vessels to or approaching within 15 metres of all structures, docks, walkways, buildings, floats or pens at its sites.
For the first time in more than three decades, Mr Gully from Dunmor Farm on Seil has put up a sign pleading with the public to keep off the hill where he keeps just some of his 1,000 flock.
Money raised on the night will go towards North Argyll Young Farmers funds.
