About 60 per cent of the shop’s current stock is convenience food and drink including wine and snacks. Members want to know what the Co-Op’s plans are for the future.
Pentland Ferries has refused to go ahead with the charter of the MV Pentalina catamaran for use on CalMac routes.
Although Mull and Iona Ferry Committee, the Craignure Bay Community Group and Mull Community Council had objected plus 17 others against the proposal by Argyll and Bute Council, a report recommended the extension work on land north west of the pier should go ahead.
Plans being developed cover not just the long-term future of Craignure Pier along with its marshalling area, but also what needs to be done now to continue working.
