Since coronavirus restrictions started to ease, Oban Sailing Club has been able to encourage people of all ages to come back and have fun on the water.

President Douglas Small said the club would be making a weekly financial donation to Hope Kitchen to help it support the most vulnerable in the community.
It seems the town has a bigger than average number of twins, with at least 15 sets under school age – and a midwife at Oban hospital is also a twin.
David Wilson who organised Sunday’s event in aid of Martyn’s Monday Club said he was impressed by all the children who came along with their families to help raise funds for the town’s peer-to-peer group.
