Dee Bradbury and her husband Nick had been sitting on the balcony of their Loch Etive home on the evening of June 18 this year when she suddenly slumped forward making a choking sound and stopped breathing with no pulse.
It was only after news of two other break-ins at holiday cottages nearby that the bothy crime scenes were uncovered.
The special phone line for people self-isolating and who need help was started by The Ardchattan Centre group and fliers have been dropped into households all along the Bonawe Road.
It started when Bonawe’s Breege Smyth was contacted by Hope Kitchen in urgent need of masks to help keep its volunteeers, and the people who use the Soroba Road-based service, safe.
First-time offender cooperated fully with the police.
Residents will now receive training to use a heart start equipment.
