Now in its 17th year, Thursday’s programme (March 11) at 7pm sees blind adventurer Dean Dunbar trying out the fast-trending sport of windfoil boarding in Oban Bay with the help of the town’s Patrick Winterton who presents the show and fellow foiling enthusiast Andy Corbe
Between 2021 and 2021, the project will be launched in four stages, each directed at a different ability level. Users will have the option of face-to-face classes, self-guided online learning, and media content through a variety of platforms – or all three at the same time
The show’s host is inviting people from only Argyll and Bute to apply now for its episode on Wednesday October 7. The programme goes out at 10.30pm
Produced by MacTV, the programme follows the Stornoway band as they gain momentum and fame ahead of the launch of their second album and a landmark gig at the legendary Glasgow venue, the Barrowland Ballroom.
