One man was taken to hospital after an incident in Sinclair Drive, Oban last night.

The street was closed while emergency services were at the scene from about 7pm.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: ‘This was a medical matter and officers attended to assist ambulance as a precaution. One man was taken to hospital for treatment.’

The road was taped off all night and police were still there this morning.
