Road policing officers are appealing for information following a serious crash on the A82 just outside Crianlarich.

The incident happened around 8.30am on Saturday, 25 June, and involved a silver Honda motorcycle and a white Clio.

Emergency services attended and a 40-year-old man, the rider of the motorcycle, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow with serious injuries where he is described as being in a stable condition.

No one else was injured.

The road was closed for vehicle recovery and crash investigation work and re-opened around 2.10pm.

Sergeant Colin Morrison said: ‘Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and I am appealing with anyone who was in the area at the time to get in touch.

‘If you saw what happened then please make contact with us, particularly if you have dash-cam footage that could help with our investigation.’

Anyone who can assist is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0985 of Saturday, 25 June, 2022.
