Saturday June 11 – Gleann Fionnlighe

Gaor Bheinn, 987m, Munro – noisy mountain
Braigh nan Uamhachan, 765m, Corbett – slope of the caves

Also known as Gulvain, this is a fine, remote peak with two summits, the highest mountain in the wild area between Loch Eil and Loch Arkaig.

There are two options for the return route. The easiest option is via the outward route or you can take in the Corbett Braigh nan Uamhachan adding distance and significant ascent. 21km, 1,150m ascent, 26km, 1,844m ascent – taking in Braigh nan Uamhachan.
