Oban Camanachd’s under 17 squad have made a good start to their season in the MOWI National under 17 League (London Shield) despite several players playing well above their age level.

Home victories over Lochaber, 9-1, and Kilmallie, 6-0, are credit to the success of the club’s youth development programme.

Following the Kilmallie game on Tuesday April 26, the club presented a framed jersey to Iain Lumsden, managing director of TSL building contractors, the club’s principal sponsors. Alongside Iain are his wife Vanessa and first team players Daniel Sloss and Daniel Cameron showcasing the club’s new home and away strips which include the TSL logo.
