Oban High School hosted St Thomas Aquinas in the first round of the 2022 School’s Conference.

The High School fielded three teams – S1 Boys, S2 Boys and S1/2 Girls – with the vast majority of the players being part of the School of Rugby programme.

The girls team were convincing winners by a score of 30 tries to 18. Both the boy’s teams were involved in very close games but emerged victorious in the end – the S1 Boys won 51-46 whilst the S2 Boys won 52-51.

All three teams will continue their participation in the Conference with an away game to Dalziel in the next few weeks.
