Oban Tennis and Squash Club is keen to welcome back women to its ladies’ club night.

All ages, fitness levels and abilities are welcome.

Club coach Colin MacNiven said: ‘Whether you are a seasoned player, haven’t played for years or a beginner just show up any time between 6.30pm and 8.30pm on a Monday night to have fun and play squash.’

All equipment is provided with basic training, game play and fitness routines incorporated in to the club night.

‘It is never too late to take up squash,’ added Colin.

‘Come along to Atlantis Leisure on a Monday night and say hello to see what a friendly club we are. On a winter’s night, there is no place warmer than a squash court.’
