While the centre of Fort William’s High Street will be bustling with excitement during the Christmas Festival, no-one should forget to venture along to the West End where many more delights await.

Members of the Crafternoon Club based in the new Lochaber Hope building have set up a crochet Christmas tree, its arms hanging with hand knitted and crochet crafts which would make the ideal present for someone special.

Traditional baby clothes, blankets, dresses, a pink bunny, decorated bottles lights, even small boxes of sweeties, are all on sale to help raise finds for Lochaber Hope. Photograph: Iain Ferguson, alba.photos.
