MARRIAGE
MCINNES/KITCHIN – Married at Barcaldine Castle on July 24, 2021 by the Rev. Margaret Millar, Barbara Catherine McInnes, eldest daughter of Ian and Rhoda McInnes, Connel to Tristan Christopher William Kitchin, eldest son of the late Andy Kitchin, Newcastle.

DEATHS
HUNTER – Marjorie. Suddenly but peacefully on October 26, 2021 at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Marjorie (formerly of Oban and St Madoes). Beloved wife of Stewart, mother to Gavin and Lucy, mother-in-law to Laura and grandmother to Sam and Emily. Funeral Service at 1.30pm on Monday, November 15 at Clydebank Crematorium to which all friends are invited. Family flowers only. If desired, donations may be made either to Cancer Research UK or to the Beatson Cancer Charity.

MACNEIL – Peacefully on October 28, 2021 at Lorn and Islands Hospital, Oban, aged 81, William Alexander MacNeil (Willie). Beloved father of Stephen, Kenny, Iain and Martin. Dearly loved Grandpa and great-grandfather, brother and uncle. Sorely missed by all.

MAIR – James (Hamish), peacefully at home on October 26, 2021, with his loving wife Valerie by his side, as always, loving dad to Malcolm and Lesley, grandad to Jennifer and Daniel, stepdad to Ross and Deborah and friend to many. Will be sadly missed.

MOUAT – Very sadly after a short battle with cancer, Ruth Mouat (née Waddell) passed away on October 27, 2021 at Lorn and Islands Hospital. Beloved wife of Duncan Mouat, incredible mum to Hannah Cringles and the late Daniel Mouat. Much cherished sister to Margaret and Elizabeth and best friend to Hazel. She will be missed more than words can say.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
CARMICHAEL – The family of the late Rhoda would like to thank the following people, Oban Ambulance Crew, the staff at Lynn Court, Catriona and staff at Hamish Hoey and Sons, Petals for the beautiful floral arrangements and Soroba House Hotel for catering. Finally a big thank you to all who attended the church service and at the gravseside.
