Oban Lorne Minis made the journey to Lochgilphead at the weekend for the first Dalriada tournament of the year.

P4/5 and P6/7 age groups faced strong opposition against teams from Mid Argyll, Kintrye and Etive Vikings. All players played exceptionally and for many this was their first games of competitive rugby.

Campbeltown players made up the Kintyre team.

Oban is now looking forward to hosting its own Dalriada tournament at Glencruitten this Saturday.
