BEARD – Adrian. Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 10, 2021. Inspirational, courageous, and husband to Angela, and Dad to Fergus and Finlay. Will be very much missed by all his family and many friends.
DONALDSON – Peacefully, at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, on Sunday, September 12, 2021, David, aged 83 years, formerly of Muthill, Crieff, and latterly for twenty three years of Fort William. Much loved husband of Madge, beloved dad of Kathryn and Ruth, brother of Alistair, and the late Margaret and Colin, and a good friend to many. Funeral service private.
LOWE – Peacefully at Ardnahein Care Home, Dunoon on Monday, September 6, 2021, aged 96 years, William Nicolson Lowe, dear husband of the late Jeanne, beloved father and father-in-law of Donald, Simon, Joanne and Georg and much loved grandpa of Vivian and Mark, a dear uncle and friend to many. Willie, his music and good citizenship will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace.

Loving husband of Catherine, father of Claire, David, Siobhan, Iona and Eilidh, devoted grandfather and beloved brother of Mary Allan. MEIKLEJOHN – Isabel Stewart Meiklejohn (née Penrose). Peacefully at home on September 2, 2021 surrounded by family. A celebration of life will take place on September 17, 2021 at 3.30 pm, Clydebank Dalnottar Crematorium, Mountblow Road, Clydebank G81 4SL.
MILLAR – Joan, Toronto, Canada (formerly of Keppoch, Croft Road). Our sister Joan left a big hole in our hearts when she passed away suddenly but peacefully September 12, 2021. She will be lovingly and deeply missed by her brothers and sisters, Ian, Catriona, Charlie, Mary and our families x
RANKINE – Christabel. Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on September 12, 2021, Christabel (née Menzies) aged 83 years. Much loved wife to Willie, mother to Patricia, Billy, Marion and Kate and sister to Margo, Ann, May and Gregor. Dearly loved mother-in-law, granny, great-granny and aunt to the wider family. A lovely caring lass who will be missed by her family and friends. Safe in the hands of Jesus. There will be a service in Brightons Parish church then on to Falkirk Crematorium. THORNTON – Sadly, but peacefully, Beryl, in her 94th year at Lochside Care Home (formerly of Lismore House, Oban), loving wife of the late David and devoted mother of Andy, mother-in-law to Marjorie and loving grandmother to Aisling, Liam and Erim and great-grandmother to Holly, Ayla and Archie. Sadly missed by all.
WARDLAW – Suddenly but peacefully in the loving care of Auchtermairnie Residential Home on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Catriona Helen (Kay) née Little, aged 82 years, formerly of Nisbetfield Farm, Ladybank, also North Connel and Appin, Argyll. Beloved wife of the late Alex, much loved mother to Fiona, Alexis and Pat, a dear granny of India and Alison, a special friend to Helen, also a good friend to many more. Funeral private at her own request.
MACKINNON – Moira, Neil, Ian and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards, flowers and calls on the sad loss of Jean. Thanks to all staff at Bowman Court for their excellent care given to Jean and to all who paid their respects at the church and graveside. Special thanks to Rev Liz Gibson and Billy McClymont for very efficient funeral arrangements and service and Barbara Weir for the church flowers. REFFIN – The family of the late Margaret (Maggie) Reffin would like to thank most sincerely family, friends and neighbours for the many cards, flowers, gifts and messages of sympathy and support following the sad loss of Maggie. SINCLAIR – Rosie, Shaun and the family of the late Peter Sinclair would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers, phone calls and messages received following their recent sad loss.
