Music struck a chord on Kerrera when a cruise boat put on a sails and sesssion night.

The evening off Kerrera pier was organised by Stefan and Jules who run the Lady of Avenel as a charter boat doing cruises up and down the West Coast.

The boat’s skipper Barry Nisbet of Sails and Sessions organised the musicians and Marieke from Pianocean played for the island residents and guests from the mainland.

‘We are grateful to CalMac for their cooperation in helping stage the event and to all those who showed up for a memorable evening of talent and entertainment,’ said Duncan Maceachan who helped to coordinate the night.
