It’s been a cracking week for stories. Kathie has been chatting to two brothers who got lost on the wrong side of Jura and ended up walking for almost 24 hours before a lucky rescue – read your OT or go online to read the whole tale and over on Kerrera, folks there are busy planting a community woodland and are asking for £1 donations to help the project take root. Ellis tells us that Scotland’s First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has been spotted in town having a cuppa at the Oban Chocolate Company and has also been to Tyndrum’s real Food Cafe. Fiona has been chatting to the organisers of the popular West Highland Tennis Tournament following the cancellation of their 50th anniversary event just days before play was due to start.

All this and more online and in this Week’s Oban Times and online
