There was a good turnout of six teams for Sunday’s Golfer and Non-golfer tournament at Craignure Golf Club.

Golfers had to tee off and play all ‘long’ shots up to five metres from the green – from where their beginner or non-golfing partner would take over until the ball was in the hole.

The winners, with an excellent score of 19 points, were Donald Morrison and his nephew Lorne MacIver. Runners-up were Barry Whenman and John Innes  (the committee) with 17 points, and third place went to Adrian Fitness and Cath Morrison-Fitness on 14 points.
