The Oban Times is out tomorrow and in our sneak preview podcast we give you an insight into what’s making the news. Ellis catches up with friendly Oban conductor Angus MacColl who retires from the railways this week and tells us about 42 years living life on the line. There’s also praise for those local children and families who rolled up their sleeves for a big clean-up at Oban Community Play Park as police investigate a sad spate of damage caused to some of the equipment. And Fiona Scott heads along to meet the new movers-in at the Dunbeg Housing development where 30 families have taken up residence. She reports of a real buzz as all the removal vans came in and new neighbours got to know each other over the garden fences.

All this and more online and in this Week’s Oban Times and online
