With the slight relaxation of Covid regulations many Lochaber sports clubs have jumped at the chance of resuming some form of training to prepare for the time when their members can get back into action.

Social distancing means that no person-to-person contact is allowed, which for most sports presents a challenge in itself, although coaches are arranging special programmes to meet with regulations while allowing as wide a range of activities as possible.
