At the start of the pandemic in March we took the decision to make online access to our news free of charge by taking down our paywall. At a time where accurate information about Covid-19 was vital to our community, this was the right decision – even though it meant a drop in our income. In order to help safeguard the future of our journalism, the time has now come to reinstate our paywall, However, rest assured that access to all Covid related news will still remain free.

When it comes to business success, we know it is all about leadership.

After surveying members, Lochaber Chamber of Commerce took the bold step of launching its own tailored ‘One Lochaber Leadership Programme’ to help local companies develop their staff with high-quality accredited management training – developed and delivered right here in Lochaber.

This high-quality leadership programme is fully accredited through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and delivered by experienced leadership trainers. Along with extra training and individual 1-2-1 coaching, delegates work towards a nationally recognised ‘CMI Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management’ over the course of a year.
