At the start of the pandemic in March we took the decision to make online access to our news free of charge by taking down our paywall. At a time where accurate information about Covid-19 was vital to our community, this was the right decision – even though it meant a drop in our income. In order to help safeguard the future of our journalism, the time has now come to reinstate our paywall, However, rest assured that access to all Covid related news will still remain free.

Change and Challenge to stop your walks becoming stale
Stop your walks going stale by incorporating some intermittent challenges along the way such as adding some hilly sections or steps to tax your breathing just a little more. Follow these sections with a brief recovery period to get your breath back a little. The amount of higher intensity periods on each walk can then be increased with time as your fitness improves.
Why not make a favourite playlist for your walk and identify several high tempo songs where you can push on a little?
