Well wishers have inundated this year’s Salvation Army’s Christmas Appeal with sack loads of seasonal kindness for some of the town’s most needy and vulnerable.

Donations of toys and other  festive goodies will put big smiles on lots of faces of all ages across Oban this December 25, delighting the appeal’s co-ordinator Morven Finlayson, who is pictured here with some of the many gifts generously donated to the Salvation Army’s 2020 Christmas appeal in Oban.

Oban and Lorn Lion’s Club members were also big supporters of the appeal, gifting presents from its Covid-cancelled Santa’s Grotto.
