About 5.30pm on June 16, in Longsdale Road, Oban, a 28-year-old man was stopped and searched by police and found in possession of a small amount of cannabis. The man was charged and issued with a Recordable Police Warning.
About 6.30pm on June 16, at Soroba Road, Oban, a woman, 25, allegedly behaved in an abusive manner. She was cautioned, charged and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
About 5pm on June 16, on the A83 near Cairndow, a 42-year-old man allegedly drove a motor vehicle in a careless manner. The man was cautioned and charged and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
About 3pm on June 17, at the Corran Esplanade, Oban, a man, 19, drove in a careless manner. He was cautioned, charged and issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice.
About 3.30pm on June 18, at Quarry Road, Oban, a woman, 41, allegedly behaved in an abusive manner. The woman was subsequently cautioned and charged and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
About 8.30pm on June 18, at Corran Esplanade, Oban, two men, both aged 30, were stopped and searched by police. Both men were found to be in possession of a small amount of cannabis and were charged and issued with a Recordable Police Warnings.
Around 5.45pm on June 11 outside an address at High Street, Oban, a parcel was stolen from the doorstep. Police are investigating.
About 10.30pm on June 19, at the A828, near Connel Bridge, Connel, a motorist was stopped for allegedly exceeding the speed limit. The driver, a man aged 24, was charged and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
About midnight on June 21, at the B840 Portsonachan, near Dalmally, police attended an incident. Subsequently two woman, aged 24 and 22 were allegedly found in possession of a small amount of cannabis and provided false information which lead to a waste of police time. Both woman were cautioned and charged with the offences. The 24-year-old was also allegedly found in possession of an offensive weapon and charged with the offence. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Between 6.30pm on June 11 and 10.30am on June 17, at the B8073, Torloisk, Isle of Mull, a sheep was injured having collided with a motor vehicle. Between 6am and 11am on June 18 a sheep died as a result of a collision with a motor vehicle. Police are investigating both incidents.
About 11.15am on June 21 within a field at Eas Brae, Tobermory, Isle of Mull, a dog is believed to have attacked sheep. One lamb was killed and one was injured. Police are investigating.
