CRAWFORD – Peacefully, at Ardfenaig Residential Home, Ardrishaig on May 29, 2020, Amy Crawford, née Snowden, in her 76th year, of 4 Dochas Place, Lochgilphead, beloved wife of the late John Cameron (Cammy Crawford), dear mother of Catherine Ann and proud nanny of Andreana and Thomas. A respected mother-in-law of George and a good neighbour and dear friend to many. In line with current regulations, a private family service will be held at Achnabreac Cemetery, today, Thursday, June 4, 2020.
DUNN – Peacefully, at St. Andrews Community Hospital, on Saturday, May 23, 2020, Alice Margaret Dunn (née Pearson), aged 90 years, Station Road, St. Monans. Dearly loved wife of the late Alex Dunn, very much loved and loving mum of Margaret, Marion and Alex and a devoted and loving granny to Nicole. Private family funeral due to Covid-19 restrictions.
MACGREGOR – Suddenly, on May 17, 2020, in his 91st year, James Campbell MacGregor (retired teacher), beloved husband of the late Jean Donaldson, dearly loved father of Andrew and Ella, and much loved grandad of Christopher, Stephen and Danielle. A private family funeral has taken place in line with current guidelines.
SERVANT – Jessie Brander (née MacFarlane), peacefully, with her family, at 36 Aldersyde, Taynuilt, on May 27, 2020, aged 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Leslie, very loved mother of Gordon, Lorna and Andrew, precious grandma to Alexander and Catriona, Iain and Eilidh, and great-grandma to Lexi. Cherished mother-in-law of Charlene and Sarah. A very dear aunt, cousin and friend to many. Will be so sadly missed by all. A life so beautifully lived.
SIM – Judi McNeil, aged 80, of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Daughter of Robert and Lois, cousin of Murray Sim and the late Alma MacCallum, Taynuilt. Sadly missed.
ORR – Jan Orr’s family would like to thank Dr Danny Patterson for all his help; Leanna, Sedonia, Gaynor and all the community nursing team for their superb attention and caring; Amanda, Janine and Mark from Marie Curie for helping us through the nights; Helen and Annie from the care team
