NHS Highland now has 163 positive cases of coronavirus recorded.

The health board’s latest figures today showed as from midnight there were 62 people in its hospitals and six people in intensive care, all with confirmed or suspected COVID-19.

Scotland-wide there have been 575 deaths of patients who tested positive for the virus.

Out of 31,813 people tested across the country, 6,067 results came back positive.

NHS Western Isles has six patients with confirmed coronavirus.
