As the lochdown continues across Lochaber as part of action to tackle the current coronavirus pandemic, sportsmen and women in the region are resorting to a variety of imaginative methods to stay fit and keep their skills up to standard.

The age-old game of ‘keepy up’ seems to be most popular, with local rugby players, footballers, hockey players and even boxers all showing off their skills, with many posting them on scoial media.
