Careless driving
About 2.35pm on March 19, on the A828 near Appin, a collision occurred
between an Audi car and a Honda scooter. Subsequently the car driver, a 29-year-old man was charged with careless driving. The driver of the scooter suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Alleged theft
About 1.30pm on March 23, at the Aldi supermarket in Oban, two teenage boys allegedly stole alcohol. Police subsequently charged both youths and they will be referred for Youth Intervention processes.

Charged
About noon on March 26, in Combie Street, Oban, a woman, 40, allegedly
assaulted another woman. She was charged and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Arrested
About 4.40pm on March 27, in Shore Street, Oban, a 24-year-old man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman. The man was charged with the offence and a report was submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Window smashed
Between 7.50pm and 8.50pm on March 28, in Alma Crescent, Oban, a living
room window was smashed. Police are investigating the incident.

Abusive behaviour
About 4.45am on March 25, in Bruichladdich, Islay, a 52-year-old man behaved in an abusive manner. Police subsequently traced the man who was charged and issued with a Recorded Police Warning.
