Offices will remain open for employees and any enquiries should be done by phone via the customer service line on 01851 600 501 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Face to face meetings will be arranged, where appropriate, but wherever possible, members of the public are encouraged to use the online service via the Comhairle website: www.cne-siar.gov.uk.
A spokesperson said: ‘It is important to reiterate that these are precautionary measures which are being taken in order to follow Scottish Government guidelines.’
