A red and black Onza Tyke trials bike was stolen from outside Tesco, Lochavuillan Road, Oban, sometime between 6pm and 6.20pm on Saturday February 29. Police are investigating.
Sometime between 9am on Wednesday March 4 and 1pm on Friday March 6, on Polvinister Road, Oban, a garage door was damaged. It is thought a vehicle collided with the door and the driver did not stop. Police are investigating.
No insurance allegation
At 5.45pm on Sunday March 8, on McKelvie Road, Oban, a vehicle was stopped by police for a routine check and it was found the 34-year-old female driver allegedly did not have valid insurance. She was charged with the offences and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
About 5.50pm on Tuesday March 10, on Nelson Road, Oban, a 24-year-old man allegedly assaulted a female, 27. The man was arrested and charged with the offence and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Between midnight and 7.30am on Wednesday March 11, on Dalintart Drive, Oban, a grey Vauxhall Corsa was damaged by another vehicle. Police are investigating.
