Strath of Appin Primary School carried out a litter pick in their area on Friday November 22. Children, staff and members of the community got together to tidy up the Appin area.

A primary seven spokesperson said: ‘We did a community litter pick to try to get rid of rubbish on the cycle path and in the playground. We found quite a lot of rubbish and we found a big black bag thing, a tyre and a metal object. It looks a lot better around the area now.’
