The case of a young woman accused of shouting, swearing and acting aggressively towards her ex-partner was stopped from proceeding further, without the facts being heard.
Jo Watson, of 4 Inverlochy Court, Fort William, was accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards her former partner on August 13 of this year.
Watson repeatedly blocked the woman’s way, followed her and the offence was aggravated by the fact they had at one point been a couple.
On Wednesday November 6, Fort William Sheriff Court heard that the case was to be deserted ‘pro loco et tempore’, which stops the case proceeding further but does not prevent prosecution from re-raising the case.
