About 2.30pm on September 30, on Croft Road, Oban, a 20-year-old man was stopped and allegedly found to be in possession of cannabis. The man was charged and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

About 7.10pm on September 30, on South Pier, Oban, a man, 41, was arrested for alleged abusive behaviour and possession of a knife. The man was charged and held for court.

About 8.30pm on October 4, on Argyll Street, Oban, a vehicle was stopped and a 46-year-old man was allegedly found in possession of cannabis and cocaine. He was charged and a report submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Between 7pm on October 1 and 2pm on October 2, outside a property in McCall Terrace, Oban, a trampoline was allegedly damaged. Police are investigating.

About 6.20pm on October 2, on Argyll Square, Oban, a man, 23, was arrested for alleged abusive behaviour and a littering offence. The man was charged and held for court.

About 6.50pm October 2, near Bridge of Orchy, a vehicle was stopped for allegedly being driven above the speed limit. The driver, a man aged 55, was charged and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

About 7.20pm on October 2, near Bridge of Orchy, a vehicle was stopped and the passenger, a 24-year-old man, was allegedly found in possession of cannabis and a large sum of cash. He was charged with the offence, monies were seized and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

About 11.55pm on October 4, near Dalavich, Oban, police were called to a disturbance. Subsequently a man, 24, was arrested for alleged abusive behaviour. The man was charged and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

About 1.20am on October 5, on High Street, Oban, a man, 17, was arrested for allegedly driving a moped while under the influence of alcohol. The man was charged and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Between 11pm on September 28 and 5am on September 29, from within the Portsonachan Hotel, Loch Awe, a brass Labrador figurehead was allegedly stolen. Police are investigating.
