Hosted by Laurence Young of Glencoe Activities, Question Time on Tuesday November 19 from 7pm to 9pm at the Moorings Hotel, Banavie, will this year focus on the ‘Future of Lochaber Business’.
Has there ever been a more turbulent time in modern politics? It is hard to know what to make of the changes on the horizon and what it means for everyone in Lochaber.
This event is the perfect opportunity to discuss what the future might look like in the area.
What are the big issues you think need addressing? This is your chance to discuss those questions you have always wanted raised about issues in Lochaber that matter to you.
We are delighted to introduce a varied panel of contributors from the worlds of politics, local government and business: Craig Harrow, Liberal Democrat MP candidate; Donna Manson, Chief Executive at Highland Council; Angus MacDonald, serial entrepreneur and local business owner plus Stewart Graham, Group Managing Director, Gael Force Marine, with more panel members to be announced soon.
For the first time during Lochaber Ideas Week, we’ve moved Question Time from the afternoon to an evening slot to allow as many people as possible to attend.
Question Time is free to attend but we ask that you book ahead either online at www.lochaberchamber.co.uk or call us on 01397 705765.
You can submit your questions in advance. We hope as many of you as possible can join us for a lively debate during Question Time at Ideas Week 2019. Visit www.lochaberchamber.co.uk for more details, all events and to book.
