Mull milkmaid Chloe Reade kept up a family tradition when she married her sweetheart Sean Barker on the family farm.

Chloe’s mum Shona and dad Darth also married at Sgriob-ruadh Farm, Tobermory, 27 years ago. On August 31, wedding celebrations revisited when it was the turn of the next generation to tie the knot.

The bride’s horses and seven dogs were invited too – only the rain kept the cows inside.

Instead of a honeymoon the new Mr and Mrs Barker had dates to keep with  job interviews  getting ready for the start of an off-island adventure together.

Chloe’s great-grandparents Marjorie and James McMillan had Sgriob-ruadh Farm back in 1946.
