A local produce fair was held at Astley Hall, Arisaig, last Thursday (July 25) to raise funds for St Mary’s Church.
Two visiting nurseries displayed a beautiful array of shrubs, flowering plants, fresh vegetables and herbs.
Also available to buy from local suppliers were jams, chutneys and marmalade, handmade gifts, jewellery, cards, and soft furnishings and decorations, and a mouth-watering selection of homebaking.
The produce fair is held every month from April to September, and has been running for a number of years now to support a wide variety of community groups.
Since the fairs began, more than £2,000 has been raised for the local community.
