Lochaber PVFS/CFS/ME Support Network held its ‘pot luck picnic’ last Thursday.

The group enjoyed beautiful warm weather and good company at the Blarmafoldach viewpoint, sharing a tasty variety of foods, including home made rhubarb and ginger sponge from one of the members.

The Support Network usually meets on the last Friday of the month, every other month.  The next meeting will be the last Friday in September from 1-2.30pm at Lochaber Hope.

Anyone who suffers from, or supports someone with, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME)/Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVF) or Fibromyalgia is welcome to join.
