A water pipe burst in Lonan Drive, Oban, on Tuesday for the second time this year.
The 12-inch water main ruptured at a similar place in February, which left the homeowner with a huge hole in their garden that workmen had to dig in order to access the pipe.
Scottish Water has apologised to those affected and said: ‘We are doing all we can to support a small number of residents whose properties have been impacted and will ensure the area is returned to normal.’
Lonan Drive is currently an area of contention as planning permission in principle was approved to build 44 homes there.
