BROWN – Hugh D M, peacefully, at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley, on July 18, 2019, dearly loved husband of Catherine, née MacKinnon, of Garden Cottage, Carse. Hugh was formerly of Toberonochy, Isle of Luing, and was a devoted uncle to all his nieces and nephews. GARLAND – David, aged 76 years, died peacefully on Thursday, July 18, 2019, after a long illness. Beloved husband of Susana, and friend to many. MACCOLL – Mary Henderson (née MacIntyre). Peacefully at Mugdock House Care Home on Thursday, July 18, 2019, in her 101st year. Mary, dearly loved wife of the late Donald, cherished mother of Margaret, worshipped gran to Valerie, Eric, Amani, Roslyn, Dave and dearest great-gran to Ailsa and Euan. A beloved auntie and friend. Funeral service at Dunbeg Church, Oban on Tuesday, July 30, at 1pm, thereafter to Pennyfuir Cemetery, arriving approximately 2pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
MACKINNON – Peacefully at Uist and Barra Hospital on July 6, 2019, Anne F. MacKinnon, West Kilbride, South Uist. Dearly beloved sister and aunt of the family.
WATT – Peacefully at home with her family, aged 84 years, Aggie a beloved mum, granny and gaga. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
WHYTE – Peacefully at home in Kilmore with his family, following a short illness, on July 17, 2019, aged 70 years, David (Dave), much loved husband of Kate and dad of Douglas and Sheila. LAWRIE – Helen and family would like to express their sincere thanks to friends, relatives and neighbours who attended Ian’s thanksgiving service and interment, and for the overwhelming support and kindness shown to them daily. MACDONALD – Peacefully at Lorn and Islands on July 8, 2019 surrounded by her loving family, Ruth MacDonald (née Hill), aged 70 years. John MacDonald and his daughters Frances and Marie would like to thank everyone for attending Ruth’s service on July 17, all the kind words at this sad time.
