Cow Hill was the venue for the third and final leg of Lochaber Athletic Club’s Triple Hirple event as more than 50 runners took on the short, steep course.

Ben Nevis Race legend Finlay Wild cruised to victory last Monday night, finishing almost three minutes faster than his nearest competitor.

The race was the last instalment of the three-race series which took place on the last weekend of June.

In the Half Ben race, Andrew Gilmour took first place as Caroline Marwile was the fastest female finisher.

Lochaber athlete Calum Fraser won the third race of the event, up Meall an t-Suidhe, while Lisette Walter was the fastest female.
