Lochaber Rural Education Trust will hold an open day  at the Rural Education Centre, Aonach Mor Road, Fort William, on Saturday from 10am to noon.

On view will be the children’s garden, polytunnel, greenhouses and plants for sale.

Memorabilia and photographs of bygone crofting days will be on show in the museum. There will also be butter churning demonstrations with fresh butter for sale.

There will also be competitions for children as well as the guinea pigs, rabbits and chickens.

A silent auction, raffle and teas/coffees with home-baking will also be included. Admission is by donation.
