Oban and District Classic Vehicle Club held their annual Fathers’ Day Classic Vehicle Show at Corachie Garden Centre, Inverawe, on June 16.

More than 35 vehicles were on display, ranging from a Customised Show Scania T-Cab Truck through to a 1920’s genuine Reo Speedwagon American Fire Engine, along with cars from all over Argyll.

Club chairman Kevin Devine said: ‘In spite of a damp start to the day it brightened up in the afternoon and we had a steady stream of visitors to the show.’

The winning vehicle, a Lagonda owned by Peter Weir, won the Ian Campbell Memorial Trophy, which was presented by Isobel Campbell of Taynuilt.

The sum of £99.91 was collected for the club’s charity donations.
