DRUMMOND – Frank. Peacefully at home with his family, after a brave fight on Saturday May 4, 2019. Frank, dearest husband of Anne-Marie, loving and loved dad to Steven, Alan and Emma, daughter-in-law Katie and Roxi, proud grandpa of Ella and Fergus, dear brother to Vivienne, Joan, Gordon and Andrew and beloved son to Joan and the late Iain.
FERGUSON – Suddenly, but peacefully, at the Mid Argyll Hospital, Lochgilphead, on May 2, 2019, Mr James Ferguson, in his 84th year, of 8 Fernoch Park, Lochgilphead, beloved husband of Catherine (Kay), née Cameron, much loved and loving father of Alison and Ewen, much respected father-in-law of Sally and a much loved papa to Ross, Anna and Jack. Dear brother of the late Charles Ferguson, and a dearly loved brother-in-law, uncle and cousin to all the family. A good neighbour, dear friend and former work colleague to many. Funeral service will be held at Cardross Crematorium, today, Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 2.15pm. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please.
LOPEZ – Peacefully at home on May 3, 2019, aged 58, Aldo Gaetano Luigi Lopez, beloved son of Aldo and Eleanor, much loved brother of Tania, Graham, Tino and Luigi, a dear brother-in-law, uncle, nephew and cousin. Sorely missed.
MACCUISH – Peacefully at home with his family on April 30, 2019, in his 88th year, Alasdair, beloved husband of Peggy, much loved dad of Ewan and the late Annmarie, a loving seanair, brother, uncle and friend. Funeral will take place from St. Columba’s Cathedral, Oban on Friday, May 10 at 10.00 am, thereafter to Pennyfuir Cemetery. Family flowers only please. MACDONALD – Eileen formerly of Telford Place, Claggan, Fort William.
Peacefully after a short illness on May 3, 2019, Eileen Macdonald (née Timbrell), aged 89 years. Devoted wife of Kenneth for fifty seven years. Proud mother of Kenneth and Lesley, mother-in-law of Elaine and Kenny. Loving grandmother of Sarah, Emma and Andrew. Funeral service will take place from St Marys Church, Fort William on Wednesday 15, May at 12 noon followed by interment in Glen Nevis Cemetery. RIP. MACFARLANE – Lies, formerly of Spean Bridge. Peacefully at The Meadows, Thringstone, Leicester on April 20, aged 85. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A Requiem Mass will be held on May 28 at The Sacred Heart Church, Loughborough.
MOSSMAN – It is with great sadness that David, Stephanie, Gregory and Yvonne announce the death of their beloved father Robert (Bob) on April 13, 2019 at the Grasse Hospital (France), after a long illness. Grand-Pa to Sophie, Scott and Kaylie Jo, great grand-pa to Halie Jo and Amber and much loved partner to Françoise. Gone too soon.
NIVEN – Andrew, formerly of 13 Corran Brae, Oban, brother of Dunnie and the late Margaret Niven, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2019 on the island of Crete.
PACITTI – Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, on May 6, 2019, aged 85, Luigi Pacitti, beloved husband of Dorina, Dad to Franco, Riccardo and Adelmo, much loved grandad. Sorely missed.
STEIN – Betty Ker, widow of Ronald, passed away peacefully at home on April 29, 2019, aged 97. Dearly loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. The family wish to thank all those who, for many years, provided the care which allowed her final wish to be fulfilled. Private service for family and friends at Falkirk Crematorium on May 11, 2019.
