After week two of the 10-pin bowling singles leagues at The Nevis Centre in Fort William Tony Whitelocke is the new leader of the scratch league with 37 points. Last weeks leader Brian Stewart is now in second place with 33 points with Iain Gregor also on 33 points. The handicap league is now also led by Tony Whitelocke on 37 points. Jean Fisher moves into second place on 32 points followed by Gary Cowan on 31 points.
Tony Whitelocke is the new leader in the chase for the Nevis Radio High Pin Trophy with 957 pins followed by Brain Stewart in second with 936 pins and Brian Johnstone in third with 909 pins.
The top individual scratch game this week came from John Weller with the season high of 211. Also this week Tony Whitelocke had a 178 and Tony Weldon had a 176. Tony Whitelocke had the best 3 game scratch series with 478 followed by John Weller with 441 and Tony Weldon with 440. John Weller’s high scratch game also yielded the top handicap game of 263 followed by Tony Weldon with 235 and Tony Whitelocke with 221. Tony Weldon also had the top 3 game handicap series with 617 followed by Tony Whitelocke with 607 and John Weller with 597
