Craignure Golf Club are hosting their first competitive event of the year on Sunday 21st April at 1pm.

It is the first in a series of new initiatives which have been designed to make the game more accessible, and to perhaps attract those that have not previously entered club competitions.

The course will be temporarily shortened so that all 18 holes will be par 3, and so (in theory at least) the greens will all be reachable in one shot.

Anyone is welcome to play – you don’t have to be a member.  An official handicap is required however in order to compete.  Cost is just £5 a head, and no booking is required, just turn up to the clubhouse at 12:45 on Sunday afternoon.
