Organisers of a pop-up tearoom at Ardchattan Primary School this Sunday November 18 are hoping to tempt people along for a community event, from 1pm to 3pm.

As well as cakes and cookies, there is the chance to browse books in the reading room and to go on a guided walk of the nearby quarry, setting off at 2pm.

People will also be invited to fill in a survey prioritising the area’s needs and hopes for the future including the use of its mothballed primary school, currently doubling up as a community centre.
